Manufacturer Provided Description
The Sea Ray 260 Overnighter with swivel bucket helm seats with flip-up thigh-rises and circular aft seating. So there's always plenty of seating space for everyone. There's plenty of sleeping space, too. From the foredeck through the lockable cabin door (with molded steps for safe passage), the cabin on the Sea Ray 260 Overnighter is surprisingly big and bright thanks to four hull windows and a lockable translucent deck hatch. The wide upholstered V-berth goes from a dining area to a comfortable bed simply by placing the standard table into its dedicated storage slot and inserting the upholstered filler cushions. Plenty of storage space is available in the mirrored rope locker and in side shelves.
There is also a concealed head area with molded fiberglass liner, a feature not seen on most overnighters in the same class. Above, the cockpit is accented with a chrome tilt steering wheel and a molded dash with stylish burl instrument panels, and Sea Ray's custom back-lit, low-glare instrumentation with a built-in LCD hour meter.
Storage space can be found in the side panels and in the floor compartment with its hinged fiberglass hatch. For the enjoyment of all on board, the 260 Overnighter offers beverage holders, integral armrests, a built-in ice chest, an optional cockpit refrigerator, and a standard Clarion AM-FM digital cassette stereo with four waterproof speakers and a cockpit remote control.
The Sea Ray 260 Overnighter also provides protection from the glaring sun with a Sunbrella Bimini top with its interlocking top extrusion, boot, and vertical top storage. For those who'd rather stay cool by being in the water, the 260 Overnighter features a stainless steel transom rail with integral ski tow, concealed stainless steel three-rung swim ladder and the option of an additional swim platform for more usable space and easy engine access.
Color-coded wiring, a Lowrance 3500 depth finder, and audible engine alarms are just a few of the many standard technical features that make the 260 Overnighter a sure bet for safe piloting and easy maintenance.
The Mercruiser 7.4 MPI 310 hp with Bravo III stern drive makes it a real thrill for water sports or just cruising.
